Customer relationship management and internal department support We are seeking a **Billing and Measurement Analyst** to manage measurement and billing routines, ensuring accurate service calculation, data precision, and compliance with contracts and established SLAs. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **monthly vehicle measurement analysis**, in accordance with contracts signed with customers. * Develop **revenue forecasts**, supporting financial planning and decision-making. * Prepare and present **management reports** on billing, measurements, and key performance indicators, as required. * Validate **new contracts** with relevant departments, ensuring correct application of commercial and operational terms. * Manage **customer relationship and support**, clarifying inquiries regarding measurements, billing, and charged amounts. * Update and maintain **billing databases and controls**, ensuring greater accuracy and reliability of processes. * Identify inconsistencies and propose improvements to billing and measurement workflows. * Support Commercial, Contracts, Operations, and Finance departments in billing-related processes. **Requirements:** * Experience in billing, measurement, or administrative/financial routines. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Organizational ability and capacity to handle multiple tasks. * Effective communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal departments. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with contracts and fleet management. * Familiarity with integrated systems (ERP).
