**Hospital is hiring for:** Supply Coordinator
Responsibilities: Manage the team, overseeing time banking, vacations, and workload distribution; Control the pharmaceutical supply cycle, monitoring purchases, deliveries, billing, expiration dates, and inventory turnover; Develop and monitor departmental standards, routines, and procedures; Monitor contracts in coordination with Finance and Procurement; Manage inventories, issuing reports and action plans; Supervise pharmacy, CAF (Central Administration Facility), warehouse, and procurement workflows; Participate in technical and administrative committees; Conduct periodic meetings presenting results and performance indicators; Analyze indicators, propose improvements, and present them to senior management; Ensure compliance and supplier-related processes; Support cost reduction and inventory optimization initiatives; Participate in strategic planning; Ensure adherence to legal requirements; Provide support to NSP (Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente / Patient Safety Unit); Map processes and execute activities as required by institutional demand.
Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in the hospital sector and in the role; Experience in negotiation and people management; Proficiency in logistics processes and inventory management; Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies; Familiarity with LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados / General Data Protection Law) and compliance principles; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and MV system; Understanding of PDCA, 5S, and Ishikawa diagram; Basic knowledge of billing and finance.
Desirable Requirements: Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Quality, or Administration;
Hospital Management; Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply and pharmaceutical care; Familiarity with patient safety and hospital processes.
Salary: R$6.611,21
