Key responsibilities include: * Administrative area management, ensuring smooth operation of internal processes; * Procurement administration, including purchase control, inventory management, and supplier relationship management; * Documentation, contract, and administrative file management, ensuring legal and organizational compliance; * Interface with accounting, monitoring accounting and financial routines; * Management and monitoring of Personnel Department processes, including payroll, benefits, hiring, dismissals, and statutory obligations; * Support and management of HR routines, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, and internal initiatives; * Preparation of managerial reports and support for executive decision-making. **Essential Requirements** * Degree in Administration * Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Valid driver's license **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week. **Work Location:** On-site / Belo Horizonte Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Questions: * Do you have experience in People Management?
