Job Summary: A professional responsible for maintaining the company's compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), developing and controlling SGI documents, and supporting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of compliance maintenance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) 2. Experience with internal and external audits 3. Development and control of policies, procedures, and manuals Responsibilities and Duties * Maintain the company's compliance with international standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001\), integrating quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety processes; * Develop, review, and control SGI documents (Standard Operating Procedures \- SOPs, manuals, flowcharts, forms); * Support internal and external audits; * Handle nonconformities; * Establish, monitor, and analyze performance indicators across all departments, preparing reports for senior management's critical review; * Conduct internal training sessions on SGI awareness, new procedures, and quality standards for employees; * And other duties inherent to the department. Requirements and Qualifications * Regulatory and legal knowledge of ISO standards: 9001, 14001, and 45001; * Solid experience in planning, executing, and reporting audits; * Experience in developing and controlling policies, procedures, manuals, and work instructions; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Environmental, Safety, Production), Business Administration, or Quality Management. * Preferred: Specialization in Integrated Management or certification as an ISO 9001/14001/45001 Lead Auditor\.
