Lead and monitor operations through continuous follow-up, analyze productivity controls, maintain an organized work area, and monitor internal collection in accordance with contractual quality standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise teams and ensure service quality; * Coordinate sanitation resources and processes (WTP, WWTP, WSP, among others); * Monitor operational indicators and laboratory results; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Prepare management reports and inform leadership of incidents; * Participate in expansion and improvement projects for sanitation systems; * Participate in team development, including training and recruitment and selection processes; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and good operational practices; Perform other related activities as directed by leadership. * **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Maintenance, or related fields). Technical qualification in Building Construction or Sanitation is desirable.
