DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Experience as a nursing technician in the field of practice. * Comply with laws, regulations, institutional protocols, and nursing service routines. * Perform procedures specific to the profession, ensuring patient safety and proper environmental conditions. * Prepare and organize rooms, materials, and equipment, reporting malfunctions to the nurse. * Receive, admit, and guide patients, verifying documents, identifications, and performing appropriate records. * Assist in surgical, hemodynamic, and anesthetic procedures, including positioning, gowning, and supporting the team. * Perform direct patient care: vital signs, dressings, fluid balance, medication administration, and assistance to clinical and critical patients. * Accompany patients during transfers, recovery, and discharge, following safety protocols. * Prevent risks and accidents by using PPE and adhering to biosafety standards and NR-32. * Participate in care planning, incident reporting, accreditation processes, and compliance with PGRSS. * Maintain department organization, control materials, and promptly respond to patient requests. * Perform other job-related activities as needed. 2511260202401886920
