The Senior Cloud Analyst at SGA must possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure to join our technology team. This Maker will work on strategic projects focused on cloud architecture, implementation, and optimization. The role requires a senior-level profile capable of leading initiatives and contributing innovative solutions while maintaining flexibility to operate across multicloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud). Fully remote position. **Here’s what you’ll get:** * Remote work; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Equity Program (Phantom Share); * Development-oriented culture (1:1 meetings, feedback, Personal Development Plans); * Access to cutting-edge technologies; * An engaged, purpose-driven team; * A customer-centric and innovation-focused culture; * An amazing work environment. **Responsibilities:** • Design and implement robust, scalable architectures on Azure. • Manage and optimize compute, storage, and networking resources. • Implement security practices (IAM, policies, firewalls) and monitor cloud environments. • Ensure project compliance with industry best practices (Well-Architected Framework). • Work with automation and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) using tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep. • Configure and manage containerized services (AKS) and serverless offerings (Azure Functions). • Participate in multicloud projects, integrating solutions across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deliver efficient solutions. • Resolve complex issues and drive continuous infrastructure improvement. • Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) strategies to ensure high availability and resilience of Azure workloads. • Plan failover and failback for production and non-production environments using services like Azure Site Recovery. • Implement backup and recovery solutions using Azure Backup, ensuring data integrity and environment restoration in case of failures. • Ensure resilience of AI models and services (e.g., Azure AI, Azure OpenAI) through cross-regional replication of data and resources. • Use automation tools to test disaster recovery plans without impacting daily operations. **Requirements:** • Proven experience as a cloud specialist with a focus on Azure. • In-depth knowledge of core Azure services, including: Compute: VMs, App Service, Functions, AKS. Storage: Blob Storage, Disk Storage, Azure Files. Networking: VNet, ExpressRoute, Load Balancer, DNS. Security: Azure AD, Key Vault, Azure Policy, NSGs. • Experience with automation and IaC tools (Terraform or similar). • Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). • Solid understanding of multicloud environments, with hands-on experience in at least one other cloud platform (AWS or Google Cloud). • Proven experience planning and executing Disaster Recovery strategies in cloud environments. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup. • Ability to design architectures that support business continuity and high availability—including multicloud scenarios. • Experience with cross-regional replication and failover to ensure continuity of AI services. • Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305) are a plus. • Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas clearly, and solve problems independently.
