We believe in each student’s potential — supporting them consistently, listening attentively, and delivering excellence throughout their entire educational journey. **Our performance stands as living proof that our pedagogical approach works, is robust, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and want to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes for pedagogical staff (teachers, teaching assistants, and educational team members). * Organize and update vacancy records, staffing movements, and hiring needs in coordination with school units and the pedagogical nucleus. * Support managers in monitoring people-related indicators, such as turnover, absenteeism, performance, evaluations, and team sizing. * Contribute to teacher performance evaluation processes and structured feedback delivery. * Support training, development, and follow-up initiatives for pedagogical professionals. * Ensure all processes comply with labor legislation and the sector’s collective bargaining agreement. * Act as the interface among Pedagogy, HR, and School Leadership, coordinating workflows, deadlines, and requests. * Support the organization of documents, reports, and institutional controls related to the pedagogical team. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of people management processes across the network. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, HR Management, or related fields * Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and capacity to handle multiple priorities * Effective communication and a collaborative attitude * Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets and data tracking **Additional Information** **Working Hours** 44 hours per week Present in Minas Gerais and Pará, we are the school entrusted with the mission of delivering high-quality education grounded in respect and care — shaping conscious citizens prepared to transform their own lives and the world.
