As an **Internal Communications Analyst**, you will be responsible for planning and executing actions that reinforce organizational culture, increase employee engagement, and ensure internal communication is clear, strategic, and aligned with the company’s identity. We seek a creative, organized professional with strong ability to transform information into messages that foster connection, belonging, and positive impact in people’s daily lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Produce content for internal channels (intranet, email, bulletin boards, corporate TV, and announcements). * Support initiatives related to **organizational culture, climate, and engagement**. * Organize and support internal events and commemorative campaigns. * Support HR and leadership teams in communicating projects, changes, and strategies. * Create internal materials and ensure **standardization of language and institutional identity**. * Monitor internal communications metrics and **propose improvements**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields. * Prior experience in endomarketing and/or internal communications. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Knowledge of internal communication channels and institutional campaigns. * Familiarity with internal branding and organizational culture. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience organizing internal events. * Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar). * Experience with intranet platforms or corporate communication tools. * Experience with climate and engagement metrics. * Understanding of digital marketing applied to internal audiences. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Creativity and technical acumen. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. **Additional Information** **Salary:** * Market-competitive. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Internet plan discounts; * Transportation Allowance; * Life insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Assistance for dependents with disabilities; * Deezer discount; * Free access to the Skeelo app: a virtual library with over 250,000 books. **What are you waiting for?
