Job Summary: The Sales Assistant will provide support to sales teams and designers, organize quotations, update systems, and monitor after-sales activities to optimize commercial operations. Customer service and after-sales follow-up Loja Elétrica is a Minas Gerais-based company and a leader in the electrical materials distribution segment. We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join the Templuz team. Responsibilities: * Provide support to sales teams and designers. * Organize received quotations, ensuring proper registration in control spreadsheets and continuous updating of information. * Update the system with quotation information defined by the sales responsible person, check product stock levels, and respond to price quotations. * Monitor ongoing quotations together with the sales department and customers, and send guidance via e\-mail to the sales team. * Analyze market sales opportunities, identify new business prospects, and direct the sales team accordingly. * Clarify customer inquiries at the store and monitor after-sales service. * Handle requests registered in the customer service center (SAC). * Monitor and determine the disposition of returned display items, when necessary. * Conduct telephone customer service regarding ongoing orders, clarifying various inquiries. * Occasionally support showroom-related tasks, such as label verification, product exchanges, and luminaire updates, as needed. * Support training sessions for suppliers and other departments as directed by management. * Occasionally accompany designers or sales representatives to construction sites for material verification or room-by-room material separation.
