Responsible for supporting e-commerce data operations, performing data processing, database organization, campaign support, and indicator updates. This is a hands-on, routine-oriented position, ideal for analytical and organized profiles. This is a hands-on, routine-oriented position, ideal for analytical and organized profiles. * Recover and process sales cases blocked by anti-fraud systems, ensuring rapid resolution for both customers and operations. * Process customer and product databases for WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, ensuring segmentation, standardization, and data cleansing. * Populate daily, weekly, and monthly performance indicator spreadsheets. * Identify orders influenced by consultants and accurately populate the influencer-driven sales spreadsheet. * Schedule routine campaigns in Omnichat (flows, messages, and lists), ensuring execution within the calendar. * Support the e-commerce and marketing teams in organizing, updating, and monitoring databases. * Perform verification, standardization, and validation of information in spreadsheets used across teams. * Assist in monitoring order status, active campaigns, and sales performance. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes related to data and digital communication. * Desired profile: organized individual with attention to detail, strong logical reasoning, responsibility, and proactivity—capable of handling operational routines, spreadsheets, and multiple daily tasks.
