In the customer support center, you will be the first point of contact with the customer—whether by phone or chat—and your primary responsibility will be to guide and direct customers to other departments, providing reassurance and clear, objective responses to their requests. **Your typical day:** * Record interactions in the CRM according to quality criteria. * Deliver humanized and efficient service across multiple channels, ensuring customer welcome; * Resolve operational questions and provide basic support regarding bills, contracts, and negotiations; * Practice active listening, personalizing service based on the customer’s needs; * Accurately route requests to minimize repeated contacts; * Attend meetings to stay updated on processes, products, and services, applying this knowledge during customer interactions; * Participate in training sessions to enhance performance and productivity. **Work schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM **Work mode/location:** On-site \- Lourdes neighborhood **To join our team, you should ideally:** * Have completed high school; * Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software; * Have experience in customer service or customer relationship management; * Demonstrate charisma and enthusiasm for working with people, while valuing teamwork.
