Description

Job Summary: Professional responsible for sorting, organizing, and handling volumes to ensure the integrity, proper location, and appropriate storage of documents and materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organization and handling of volumes in the warehouse 2. Maintenance of pallet integrity and organization 3. Preservation of document integrity during transportation Sort and prepare volumes for storage to identify retention categories; Inspect and organize stacking and/or placement of volumes in the storage area to maintain pallet integrity and organization; Handle volumes between operational areas to direct them to their respective processes; Handle and load volumes onto transport vehicles to preserve their integrity and characteristics during transportation; Retrieve volumes from storage shelves to fulfill service orders; Store volumes on storage shelves to ensure accurate volume location upon client request; Consolidate documents identified as attachments to the original document into a single box to maintain document completeness; Replace boxes as needed to ensure proper and intact document storage; Conduct inventory of boxes stored on shelves to verify whether volumes have been correctly installed and stored. Maintain warehouse hygiene and care for provided equipment to preserve company resources; Comply with occupational safety and health regulations regarding the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Assist drivers as required to support collections and deliveries.
