




Description: It is highly important that you have and/or know: * A completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields—or equivalent proven experience in Product Management; * Strong technological literacy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering teams, understand technical trade-offs, and assess solution feasibility; * Proficiency in Product Analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar) for user behavior analysis and product metrics; * Practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for analysis; * Experience with experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing, MVPs) and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, ICE, Value vs. Effort); * Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product discovery frameworks (e.g., Continuous Discovery, Design Thinking); * Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, with strategic short- and long-term vision and a focus on delivering measurable results; * Strong influence and negotiation skills, with experience in leadership without formal authority, stakeholder management across all levels, and expectation alignment in matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in growth, ecommerce, or high-volume transactional digital products; * Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) for close collaboration with UX/UI teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead strategic product initiatives in ecommerce, integrating cross-functional projects and ensuring a seamless shopping experience that directly impacts revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction; * Define and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing growth initiatives based on potential impact, effort, and alignment with company strategic objectives; * Translate technical complexities and business challenges into user-centered solutions, maintaining a clear view of value proposition and execution feasibility; * Serve as a reference for data-driven decision making, leveraging data analysis, product metrics, and analytical frameworks to guide the team and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning; * Design, execute, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests, MVPs) to validate hypotheses, mitigate risks, and identify optimization and growth opportunities; * Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to anticipate trends, understand consumer behavior, and identify product gaps; * Orchestrate collaboration among multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Operations), ensuring expectation alignment and end-to-end value delivery; * Define, monitor, and evolve critical conversion and performance KPIs, implementing continuous improvement cycles and reporting results to stakeholders. 2512070202191909642
