Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience during vehicle delivery, clarifying questions, and strengthening the relationship with the brand. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure an excellent customer experience during vehicle delivery 2. Resolve customer questions and reinforce post-sales and maintenance channels 3.
