Partnering with global leaders in hoses, belts, fittings, and hydraulic components, Hidrau has established itself as one of the largest distributors in its sector nationwide, enabling it to serve enterprises of all sizes. **Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:** Goods receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking and preparation, packaging and labeling, transportation and distribution, inventory auditing, supplier management, team support, performance indicator monitoring. **Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:** Filing completed/invoiced sales orders, verifying sales orders for accuracy of information, requesting corrections to orders when necessary, serving walk-in customers to assign sales representatives, dispatching orders for walk-in customers or carriers, scheduling carrier pickups via phone/system, filing outgoing invoices (NF), organizing documents for archiving, sorting sales orders by invoicing date to execute sales orders, assisting the logistics coordinator, and supporting fleet management and maintenance activities. **What Is Required for This Position?** * High school diploma (completed) **What Is the Work Schedule?** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Location:** Opportunity for residents of Belo Horizonte/MG or Contagem/MG
