Job Summary: Conduct nighttime monitoring of trucks en route, verifying systems, tracking delivery manifests and waybills, and managing tracking devices. Key Highlights: 1. Nighttime vehicle and route monitoring. 2. Control and verification of tracking systems and documentation. 3. Driver monitoring and immediate response activation. Monitor trucks en route. \*Shift schedule: 12x36 \- Night shift\* Job Responsibilities: * Verify in the SASGC system whether drivers have correctly submitted commands during deliveries to all units. Record any non-conformities in the spreadsheet and report them to Aleff to ensure proper process execution. * Inform the Head Office and Units’ operations teams of the current locations of transfer vehicles approaching their destinations. * Monitor nighttime delivery manifests and waybills to confirm correct generation, reporting potential non-conformities to the operations team. * Bait device management: Check battery percentage in the system and appropriately assign bait devices to branches, ensuring continuous location updates. * Before each vehicle departs, verify in the system whether the secondary tracker is updating properly. * Transfer vehicle management: Prior to releasing a vehicle, confirm compliance with insurance policy requirements. After verification, notify dispatch to issue the manifest or waybill only once the trip is actively monitored in the fleet management system. * Monitor drivers throughout their trips via system and camera feeds, identifying potential non-conformities and reporting them to drivers; contact drivers immediately in cases of unauthorized stops or route deviations. * Activate immediate response when required. * Complete the spreadsheet indicating the number of stops made by each vehicle during the trip, including duration of each stop and reason for stopping. * Populate the transfer and nighttime urban vehicle loading spreadsheet with start and end times of loading, weight, volume, and number of staff involved in the loading process. * Assist GR Apisul in unlocking transfer vehicles. * When required, perform registration, renewal, and checklist procedures for transfer vehicles.
