Frequent contact with drivers and support for route planning **JOB: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT WITH EMPHASIS ON LOGISTICS SUPPORT** We are hiring a **Financial Assistant** to work in finance with strong support for road transportation logistics operations. An opportunity for those who enjoy a dynamic routine, direct interaction with drivers, and bridging finance and operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Scheduling and monitoring payments * Entering bank slips into accounts payable * Executing various payments according to approved schedules * Direct support to the Finance Manager * Issuing vouchers and managing diverse payments **Logistics Operations Support:** * Frequent contact with drivers * Assistance in trip and route scheduling * Issuing transport-related fiscal documents: **CT-e, MDF-e, toll vouchers, ICMS Transport Guide;** **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **What We Expect from the Candidate:** * Experience in accounts payable and/or operational finance (preferred) * Knowledge of or familiarity with transport-related fiscal documents (CT-e, MDF-e, toll vouchers) → **Important differentiator** * Strong communication skills and confidence when speaking with drivers and transport companies * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail * Intermediate proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and financial/ERP systems (preferred) Interested?
