* Basic knowledge of human development practices and people management.
* Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work in a team, collaborate effectively with other departments, and establish positive working relationships.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and information management systems.
* Demonstrated initiative, proactivity, and desire for continuous learning.
* Sensitivity and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
* Assist in identifying employees' training and development needs through surveys, performance analysis, and feedback.
* Support the creation and implementation of training and development programs, including material development, logistics, and participant coordination.
* Participate in organizing, developing content for, and delivering seminars and training events.
* Assist in the performance management process by collecting data, preparing reports, supporting the organization of performance reviews, and implementing interventions.
* Contribute to the development and revision of policies, procedures, and manuals related to human development.
* Conduct research and analysis of best practices and trends in human development, providing recommendations to improve existing programs.
* Maintain up-to-date records of all human development-related activities.
