Job Summary: Assist in construction planning, measurements, and quality control, preparing reports and monitoring processes to support decision-making and ensure execution according to plan. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in construction planning, measurements, and quality control. 2. Prepare reports to support the Construction Engineer's decision-making. 3. Monitor production and projects, ensuring quality and schedule adherence. Responsibilities: Assist in construction planning, measurement, and quality activities; prepare performance reports and resource histograms to detail, disseminate, and guide the Construction Engineer in decision-making. Monitor and assist in service measurement, as well as monitor construction project production processes, verifying quality, analyzing all planned and allocated resources according to the scheduled program, and implementing necessary corrective actions. Participate in updates of physical/financial schedules for planning monitoring during construction execution, jointly with the Engineer, other departments, and involved professionals. Requirements: * Technical qualification in Building Construction or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Project (or similar tools); * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
