We have 2 Receptionist/Client Service Management positions available to work at the showroom of a new building project in Vale do Sereno, Nova Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** · Welcome clients and brokers with courtesy and professionalism; · Open and close the showroom, controlling visitor access and stay; · Organize the visit schedule and ensure adherence to scheduled times; · Answer calls and messages via phone and official WhatsApp; · Register and maintain the designated SYSTEM (CRM), ensuring all leads (clients) and visits are accurately recorded; · Distribute and collect visitor registration forms from clients and brokers; · Coordinate cleaning schedules and restocking of supplies (coffee, water, support items); · Support the overall smooth operation of the showroom. **Work Schedule:** · Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM · Saturday: 9 AM to 1 PM · CLT employment contract · Fuel allowance or transportation voucher · Meal allowance: BRL 572.00 per month Employment Type: Full-time CLT **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
