Job Summary: An oven operator is responsible for operating industrial ovens, regulating temperature and baking time, as well as performing equipment maintenance, cleaning, and product quality control, in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. They must continuously monitor the process to ensure bread and other items are baked correctly. **2** * **Maintenance and Cleaning**: In addition to operating ovens, the oven operator performs equipment maintenance and cleaning, ensuring equipment remains in good working condition and complies with hygiene and safety standards. **2** * **Quality Control**: The oven operator must inspect products after baking to verify compliance with established quality standards, adjusting processes as necessary. **1** * **Regulatory Compliance**: It is essential that the oven operator follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational safety regulations, especially when handling high temperatures and heavy equipment.
