Support the kitchen in organization, quality, and efficiency **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** The Trip Food Group, operating 4 restaurants in Belo Horizonte (Trip Food Pampulha, Trip Food Sapucaí, Barzenho, and Poutineria), is looking for a dedicated, agile, and eager-to-learn kitchen assistant to join our team! Here, each customer embarks on a global gastronomic journey, and your role is to support the kitchen so everything runs smoothly with organization, quality, and efficiency. Night shift. ABOUT THIS POSITION: * CLT employment contract; * Rotating schedule of 6 days on, 1 day off; * Fixed salary of BRL 1800.00 \+ commission RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in food preparation according to team instructions (mise en place); * Perform cutting, portioning, and pre-preparation of food items; * Organize and maintain kitchen cleanliness; * Support restocking of supplies during service; * Follow food quality and hygiene standards; * Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient kitchen workflow. REQUIREMENTS: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Eagerness to learn and grow in the kitchen; * Agility, organization, and proactivity; * Flexible availability for work hours.
