Essential support in maintaining the condominium's spaces **Full Job Description** Our property management and conservation company is looking for General Services Assistants to join our team; playing a fundamental role in the condominium by ensuring environmental quality and preservation through cleaning, maintenance, and support in common areas, including upkeep of spaces such as lobbies, corridors, elevators, party halls, and parking garages. Your responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing floors, walls, furniture, and equipment, as well as removing garbage and waste. You are responsible for restocking hygiene and cleaning supplies, such as soap and toilet paper. You are also responsible for preparing coffee. Requirements and Qualifications: \*\*\*\*\* Working hours from Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 17:00, with a 1-hour break * Availability to work on a Monday-to-Friday schedule. * Availability to start immediately. Must have easy access to the Nossa Senhora da Conceição neighborhood. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.772,80 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher * Meal allowance of R$31.34 per workday Working Hours: * Weekdays and weekends * Afternoon shift * Monday-to-Friday schedule Additional Compensation: * 13th salary Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.649,00 \- R$1\.649,12 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher Experience: * Cleaning (Mandatory)
