As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality procedures across our construction sites. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing and updating quality manuals, ensuring alignment with industry best practices;
* Conducting periodic audits to identify improvement opportunities and ensure compliance with established standards;
* Leading the quality inspection team, providing technical guidance and supporting skill development;
* Acting as the liaison between the construction site team and management, presenting quality performance reports;
* Performing technological control of products;
* Proposing solutions to resolve issues and minimize non-conformities.
Requirements:
To stand out in this role, we seek a professional with:
* A completed undergraduate degree in quality-related fields such as Engineering, Administration, or Technology;
* Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Quality Coordinator in the construction sector;
* Solid knowledge of applicable standards and regulations governing civil construction quality;
* Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills;
* Proactivity, problem-solving ability, and results orientation.
