Coordinate and oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System at Strata Engenharia **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and monitor the effective execution of the Quality Management System practices established by Strata Engenharia; * Comply with SGQ (Quality Management System) standards, work rules, and company-established standard practices; * Disseminate information regarding the Quality Management System established by Strata Engenharia; * Monitor the execution of Customer Satisfaction Surveys; * Provide advisory support in addressing nonconformities; * Coordinate 5S program activities; * Define the document control structure and quality records archiving system; * Coordinate internal audits of the Quality Management System; * Conduct TBI (Basic Integration Training); * Perform other related duties aimed at fulfilling the responsibilities of the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management.
