




Your tasks * Responsible for monitoring, preparing, and planning external audits together with the involved departments. * Conduct internal audits at planned intervals to verify that the Quality Management System complies with planned provisions, ISO 9001 requirements, and the management system established by the organization. * Develop and deliver training on updates to Integrated Management System (SGI) standards and conduct onboarding for new employees when requested. * Perform activities related to SGI dissemination, including standard reviews, SGI performance, policies, among others. * Monitor, support, and consolidate defined key indicators. * Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies. * Prepare Quality documentation such as Control Plans and Work Instructions. * Develop documented procedures in accordance with the Quality Management System. * Centralize information, suggest standard revisions, and prepare relevant topics for management system review meetings. * Establish documented procedures to define necessary controls for Management System documents. * Analyze and approve qualification and evaluation processes for critical suppliers. * Archive audit reports, process flows, procedures, forms, and minutes of management review meetings. * Control the opening of Customer Complaints, Non-Conformities, and Failure Analysis records, providing sequential numbering and tracking implementation of actions until completion and archiving. Your profile * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. * Knowledge of Integrated Management (Safety, Quality, and Environment). * At least 3 years of experience in the Quality field within the industry, with Integrated Management routines and interpretation of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. * Intermediate or advanced English (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel. * Sense of responsibility and proactive attitude. * Strong communication skills across different departments and hierarchical levels. * Project leadership experience is desirable.
