Job Summary: Worley is seeking a Planning Coordinator to lead the planning team on an EPCM contract, focusing on coordinating, developing, integrating, and reviewing schedules and reports, as well as optimizing processes. We are bridging two worlds — advancing toward more sustainable energy sources while helping to provide the energy, chemicals, and resources needed today. **Responsibilities:** • Coordinate the EPCM contract planning team at the SP office, following Worley’s global guidelines and standards; • Develop, integrate, review, and update schedules, WBSs, progress curves, weekly schedules, and physical\-financial project monitoring reports; • Control the issuance of management reports, resource histograms, organizational charts, and performance indicators; • Conduct project performance analysis and results forecasting; • Perform risk analysis using the Monte Carlo method; • Develop and implement improvements in planning processes to optimize consolidation of project information; • Participate in interface management with clients and field teams; • Facilitate communication between headquarters and site, ensuring that planning information is disseminated clearly and effectively; • Collaborate on standardization of planning processes and reporting; • Provide technical support to site teams regarding planning and control practices; • Identify training needs and recommend relevant training programs. **Requirements:** • Experience in Project Planning and Control, with knowledge of key Planning and Control systems and tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, spreadsheets, databases, Navisworks, Primavera Risk Analysis, and Power BI); • Knowledge of the AWP methodology • Strong interpersonal skills, understanding of Project Planning and Control processes, and drive for development, learning, and training/qualification of new professionals.
