Job Summary: A professional responsible for encapsulating, compounding, and controlling magistral formula processes, ensuring preparation quality and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Compounding and control of magistral formulas 2. Inventory management and compounding recordkeeping 3. Focus on quality and compliance of formulas **Responsibilities:** * Encapsulate magistral formulas following the compounding order; * Accurately complete the compounding order (including full information about capsules used – size, color, batch number, supplier, expiration date); * Monitor capsule and packaging inventory; * Accurately complete the weighing sheet in the "COMPOUNDED" field; * Perform standard formula compounding according to production requirements; * Accurately complete the compounding order (providing complete information in the fields for weighed, homogenized, compounded, verified, and finalized; complete the compounding order footer with observed characteristics of the final formulation, including appearance, odor, pH, and net weight); * Label compounded formulas, verifying label information against the compounding sheet; * Monitor active ingredient and packaging inventory; * Perform average weight testing per pharmacy guidelines; * Report and escalate to the supervisor any formulas failing average weight testing; * Dismantle formulas upon supervisor’s request; * Dispose of formulas per supervisor’s instructions; * Conduct final capsule count; * Place capsules into containers; **Requirements:** Technical course in Chemistry or Pharmacy. **What We Offer:** Fixed salary \+ productivity bonus; Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel allowance; Meal allowance or meal voucher; Attendance bonus; Afternoon coffee at the office; University partnership agreements; Commercial discounts; TOTAL PASS gym membership plan; Multi-benefit platform and much more! **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 9 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1\.518,00 \- R$1\.806,31 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Private pension plan * Food allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
