About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Sushiman to produce Japanese cuisine dishes, ensuring standards, quality, and organization. The professional will be responsible for preparing items served both in the dining room and via delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and portion ingredients, following storage and preservation guidelines.
Produce menu items according to technical sheets and instructions from the Sushibar Chef.
Monitor CMV (Cost of Merchandise Sold) and work toward waste reduction.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation compliant with sanitary regulations.
Adhere to hygiene rules, including proper uniform usage.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in Japanese cuisine.
Proficiency in fish preparation and hygiene (salmon, tuna, etc.).
Flexible availability regarding working hours.
Easy access to the Belvedere neighborhood.

Base Salary: R$ 3,000.00
Average Commission: R$ 700.00
