Job Summary: A professional responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, monitoring KPIs, analyzing sales and marketing performance, conducting exploratory SQL analyses, and supporting decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement with data analysis to drive business growth 2. Development of executive and operational dashboards 3. Decision-making support for multidisciplinary teams **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards (acquisition, retention, revenue, funnel, among others); * Monitor key business KPIs on a daily basis; * Analyze sales and growth performance, identifying opportunities and potential deviations; * Track and optimize marketing campaigns, considering metrics such as CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV; * Conduct exploratory SQL analyses to generate actionable insights; * Build and analyze conversion funnels, cohorts, and user journeys; * Support decision-making for Marketing, CRM, Product, and Sales teams; * Investigate anomalies and significant variations in metrics; * Collaborate with technical and business teams to define metrics and priorities; * Document analyses, metrics, and business rules clearly and systematically. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields; * Proven experience in data analysis, working closely with commercial teams and expertise in building and analyzing funnels, cohorts, and user journeys; * Strong knowledge of digital marketing performance metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV); * Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Data Studio, Metabase, or similar); * Advanced SQL skills for exploratory analysis and data modeling; * Ability to structure business problems and translate them into data analyses and clear recommendations to support decision-making. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics; * Experience in digital companies handling high-volume data with a growth focus; * Experience with digital products. **Diversity Strengthens Us!** If you are a person with a disability, our opportunities await you. **Join our team!**
