Infosys Brasil is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage contract drafting, negotiation, and execution, ensuring compliance and process optimization.

**Infosys Brasil** is looking for professionals with a **Contract Analyst** profile to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Legal Department to discuss and approve contingency clauses and/or exceptions to standard terms;
* Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts between the client and its third-party suppliers, in accordance with Performance Standards;
* Draft low-to-medium complexity contracts of various types (e.g., Statements of Work, Professional Services Agreements, Amendments to Statements of Work, Donation Letters, Event Sponsorship Agreements, Artistic Services Agreements);
* Review contracts within predetermined limits using standard contingency clauses;
* Coordinate with client stakeholders to obtain missing contractual details;
* Manage the contract request lifecycle from submission through final approval and execution by the client and its third-party supplier;
* Facilitate contractual negotiations among third-party suppliers, the client’s Legal Department, and the client’s business owners;
* Proactively engage approvers and signatories to accelerate the contracting cycle;
* Perform queue management activities, such as tracking approvals and signatures, allocating requests across the supplier team based on skills and workload, and monitoring wait times;
* Manage operations and coordinate between the Bangalore and Belo Horizonte offices;
* Continuously improve processes, mitigate risks, increase efficiency, and optimize effectiveness across the entire preservation process.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in the field;
* Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and interpreting contractual language;
* Experience in customer service, issue escalation, and process compliance;
* Experience in team management, monitoring overall project/process performance, identifying improvement areas, implementing mitigation plans, and preparing related project reports;
* Familiarity with legal analysis and review;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tools/databases;
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Advanced English proficiency for verbal communication.
