Job Summary: Professional to execute and monitor accounting routines, ensuring correct account classification and analysis, as well as preparing financial statements and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of ancillary accounting and tax obligations **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** Main Responsibilities: Execute and monitor accounting routines, ensuring correct classification, reconciliation, and analysis of accounting accounts; Perform journal entries and balance reconciliations; Analyze expenses, revenues, and profit/loss determination; Prepare and validate financial statements and management reports; Prepare and review ancillary accounting and tax obligations (e.g., ECD). Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills; Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); Proficiency and ease of use with Excel. Desired Qualifications: Experience with companies under the Presumed Profit and Simples Nacional tax regimes; Familiarity with the Alterdata system; Experience in preparing and validating accounting records and financial statements (e.g., Income Statement, Balance Sheet); Knowledge of preparing and filing the Digital Accounting Record (ECD).
