Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform support and service activities for Minas Tênis Club members, ensuring their physical safety, well-being, and comfort. * Safeguard the Club's assets by complying with, and ensuring compliance with, established internal regulations. * Guide members, dependents, athletes, staff, and visitors by indicating routes and/or directions to ensure access to desired locations. * Provide information regarding staff locations, services, and operating hours of various Club departments. * Collect items left behind by members and forward them to the responsible department. * Assist in locating people by coordinating with other staff members, requesting and providing information. * Greet members, supporting them in opening umbrellas, positioning lounge chairs when necessary and/or requested, among other tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma. * Experience in operational activities and public service. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information** This professional’s work schedule consists of 12 hours on duty followed by 36 hours off, thus requiring availability to work on weekends and holidays.
