Job Summary: Responsible for the strategic procurement management of materials, ensuring competitiveness, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and value generation, acting as a liaison with technical departments and leading complex negotiations. Development of new suppliers and market analysis Responsible for the strategic procurement management of materials, ensuring competitiveness, contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and business value generation. Acts as an interface with technical departments, projects, and operations, leading complex negotiations, managing critical suppliers, conducting market analysis, and implementing process and KPI improvements. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Following a negotiation calendar, executing Strategic Sourcing for the materials category; * Assessing the internal market and managing contracts with service providers; * Evaluating Global Sourcing opportunities; * Playing a strategic role in reducing company costs (TCO) and generating savings, while maintaining operational service levels/performance; * Mapping and developing new suppliers, negotiating, and drafting contracts; * Analyzing prices, scenarios, and KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency. * Expertise in negotiation, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, proactivity, resilience, ability and willingness to work collaboratively, commitment, accountability, decision-making capability, conflict resolution skills, and adaptability to change. **Desired Competencies:** * Prior experience in high-volume negotiations and negotiations within the Materials category; * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain is a plus. * Advanced English proficiency is a plus. * Leadership profile is desirable. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Get:** * Market-competitive salary; * **Meals:** Flexible Meal Voucher (VR); * **Health and Well-being:** Health insurance and dental plan; * **Mobility:** Transportation allowance; * **Fitness Incentive:** TotalPass; * **Partner Company Discounts:** Allya; * **Work Mode:** 100% On-site; * **Benefits:** As per collective labor agreement; * And much more! **Interested?
