Job Summary: Senior Procurement Analyst responsible for demand analysis, conducting RFIs/RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on civil works and infrastructure procurement SENIOR PROCUREMENT ANALYST \- PwD **Main duties and responsibilities for this opportunity:** * Analyze internal demands, Terms of Reference, and technical specifications for procurement. * Conduct RFI and RFP processes with the market, ensuring technical and commercial alignment. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal conditions regarding cost, schedule, and quality. * Evaluate global and unit cost compositions, ensuring compliance with technical and budgetary parameters. * Draft, review, and analyze contractual documents in collaboration with internal departments. * Define procurement strategies and obtain approval from requesting departments and internal stakeholders. * Serve as the interface between Project Management, Legal, Tax, Finance, Engineering, and other corporate departments, ensuring smooth and accurate procurement processes. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in civil works and infrastructure procurement. * Experience in procurement of projects, consulting services, and engineering technical studies (e.g., surveying, soil investigation, environmental impact, land acquisition). * Knowledge of construction budgeting is desirable. * Advanced knowledge of construction, cost composition analysis, and infrastructure project budgeting. * Familiarity with the construction industry and technical understanding of construction works (preferred). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Strategic Sourcing methodologies and practices. * Prior experience in project management environments, contract analysis, and preparation. * Knowledge of tax legislation. **Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Applications accepted from MG, RJ, and SP).
