Join us and become part of an incredible journey! **Responsibilities:** Planning and Strategy: Building operational and financial planning models, supporting the company in defining goals and strategies. Data Analysis: Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Creating and tracking KPIs to evaluate process and team efficiency. Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements to increase productivity. Reports and Dashboards: Developing interactive dashboards and management reports to support decision-making. Predictive Modeling: Using statistics and data intelligence to forecast behaviors and improve outcomes. Interdisciplinary Collaboration:** Working alongside Operations, Sales, Finance, and Product teams to ensure data aligns with business strategy. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields. **Experience:** Previous experience (minimum of 3 years) in this role. **Technical Requirements:** Proven experience in strategic planning, data analysis, or business intelligence. Proficiency in BI and data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R). Experience handling and extracting large volumes of data. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Analytical capability and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the financial, real estate, or insurance sectors. Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling. Experience with ETL tools and cloud-based data architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). **Behavioral Competencies:** Ability to communicate complex ideas as actionable insights clearly and assertively, both to team members and non-technical stakeholders.
