Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring safety, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration systems, and contributing to continuous quality improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building refrigeration systems. 2. Diagnose issues, propose improvements, and replace components in equipment. 3. Contribute to product and service quality by safeguarding materials. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote preventive actions among the team; \- Maintain up-to-date certifications required under Regulatory Standard NR10; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building thermal comfort refrigeration systems and their peripherals, using appropriate tools and specific technical knowledge to carry out tasks; \- Respond to requests from immediate supervisors by traveling to malfunctioning equipment, identifying and diagnosing faults, and proposing improvements when necessary; \- Calibrate and adjust programmable microprocessor-based control and command systems, as well as associated instrumentation; \- Disassemble and reassemble, either fully or partially, various types of pumps and refrigerant gas compressors, using appropriate tools and adhering to necessary technical guidelines; \- Replace components such as bearings, shafts, discs, gaskets, gas filters, water condensers, etc., correcting identified irregularities;\- Perform torch welding services when required; \- Inspect and clean air conditioning units, drinking fountains, air dryers, chillers, fan-coils, etc.; \- Fulfill requests from immediate supervisors to perform related tasks whenever necessary;\- Safeguard, maintain, and preserve materials/equipment under one's responsibility. \- Contribute to effective and continuous improvement of product and service quality. \- Perform emergency maintenance, respond to service calls via work orders, conduct risk analysis, perform routine inspections, and monitor areas and equipment to ensure preservation and cleanliness; \- Assist in planning and scheduling services (assessing resource, material, and labor requirements); \- Jointly develop task risk analyses with the safety department; \- Comply with programs (5S, training plan, suggestions, and safety); \- Ensure proper use of PPE and uniforms; \- Comply with FM2C’s Integrated Management System (IMS) Policy; \* The employee will receive a 30% hazard allowance.
