NURSING INTERNSHIP - NURSING MANAGEMENT
Job Summary:
Nursing Intern to support the healthcare team by assisting in various departmental routines, with a focus on humanized and ethical care for oncology patients.

The internship will be conducted under the direct supervision of a senior-level healthcare team member, providing hands-on assistance to the Nursing department to gain comprehensive experience and professional knowledge.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Assist nurses in wound dressings, following departmental guidelines and protocols;
* Support wound, skin, and pressure injury prevention care;
* Prepare materials and organize the environment for procedures;
* Accompany patients during consultations, examinations, and medical appointments;
* Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nursing team;
* Assist in educating patients and their companions about basic health care;
* Support specimen collection for laboratory tests, when required;
* Record simple information related to provided care;
* Deliver humanized, respectful, and ethical care to oncology patients.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Nursing program, from the 6th semester onward.
DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Skills and knowledge required to perform all standard nursing procedures;
* Familiarity with the current Professional Code of Ethics;
**Additional Information** **Transportation:** Transportation Allowance;
**Meals:** Meal Allowance / Food Allowance at R$ 14.30 per workday.
**Internship Stipend:** R$ 800.00
