If you are a passionate professional seeking to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Financial Assistant**: * Verify daily bank and cash balances, recording entries in spreadsheets and systems; * Execute payments via banking systems or cash, according to the accounts payable schedule; * Apply clearances for paid and received accounts in a dedicated system; * Perform bank and cash reconciliations, preparing documentation for submission to Accounting; * Monitor incoming collections from agreements, automatic debit arrangements, and credit card acquirers; * Respond to service requests from other departments, supporting problem resolution, customer receipt clearances, and cancellations; * Manage and track transfers between store cash registers and the main cash register using a dedicated system; * Monitor the dispatch and receipt of courier packages from various departments; * Identify and apply clearances for corporate customer receipts credited to current accounts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Do you identify with our challenge?
