Come be part of our team as a **Mine Operations Coordinator!** **Responsibilities** * Responsible for coordinating mine mining activities, planning tasks, defining schedules with management, analyzing projects and operational demands, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. * Plan and schedule mining activities aligned with the production plan. * Develop the daily planning and monthly schedule of mine operations. * Supervise mine deepening and preparation of mining fronts. * Monitor drilling, blasting, ore transportation, and waste removal activities. * Monitor the conditions of underground infrastructure, including haulage roads, ventilation, and pumping systems. * Evaluate operational anomalies and implement corrective actions according to established targets. * Develop and monitor action plans to achieve production goals. * Participate in daily scheduling with supervisors and interface meetings with areas such as maintenance, geology, and planning. * Promote continuous improvement in mining processes by identifying opportunities for gains and applying best practices. * Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, Environment, Quality, and Community Relations. * Act in the mitigation of operational and environmental risks. * Support the analysis and handling of accidents and near-misses. * Perform other related duties according to your expertise and workplace demands. **Soft Skills** * Clear and effective communication * Teamwork * Emotional intelligence * Analytical thinking and problem solving * Adaptability and flexibility * Leadership by example and positive influence **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering * Proficiency in underground mining processes * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations * Team management and operational leadership * Office software proficiency **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in internal and external audits * Ability to manage conflicts and interdepartmental communication * Strategic vision and focus on operational innovation * Experience with mechanized operations and mine automation * Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and results-based management.
