Communication and support in materials and team management We are looking for a janitor to perform maintenance and preservation tasks in the common areas of Mapal company. The professional will be responsible for minor repairs, additional cleaning, material control, and organizational support. **Requirements**: \- Knowledge of civil maintenance \- Responsibility for general repairs \- Exercise of team leadership function \- Good communication skills and professional demeanor **Benefits:** **\-** Salary: 2\.463,29 \- Transportation allowance \- Meal allowance \- Other company benefits \- 12% leadership accumulation **Job Responsibilities:** **\-** Supervise and oversee the cleaning and security team, ensuring task completion. \- Perform civil maintenance services (plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, and minor repairs). \- Control material usage, request replenishment, and support warehouse management. \- Serve as the communication link between occupational staff and company management. \- Ensure employees comply with safety, quality, and conduct standards. \- Support training and onboarding of new employees. \- Prepare simple reports on incidents, repairs, and site requirements.
