




Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Completed higher education in Automation Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Full Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); * Proficiency in project methodologies (e.g., FEL, Waterfall, Agile, etc.); * Experience with project management tools (SPM); * Experience with PMO and/or operational technology projects at VALE, with mastery and knowledge of the PMO workflows within the Technology and Innovation Directorate; * Proactive profile with high ability to work autonomously in project management processes; * Strong communication skills with various stakeholders within the Technology Directorate, suppliers, and project clients; * Physical, economic, and financial planning of projects related to fatigue detection and proximity alert products; * Monitoring actions directed to technical teams (architecture, FDC, Cybersecurity, local automation, engineering); * Adherence to project methodology and schedule, supporting the development/update of business cases, preparation of management documentation, reports, and dashboards for project managers; * Management, monitoring, and validation of measurement workflows together with responsible contract managers; * Management, monitoring, and handling of project capitalization; * Oversight of project transition and initial control processes; * Primary point of contact for fulfilling requirements and initiatives related to fatigue detection and proximity alert products in the northern corridor 2510150202241751064
