We value proactive professionals who learn easily, communicate well, and know how to create a positive customer experience through attentive and courteous service. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Perform guest check-in and check-out; \- Provide in-person and online customer service; \- Inspect and organize rooms; \- Handle reservations; \- Provide general front desk support and assist with hostel routines. **Requirements:** \* Good communication skills; \* Ability to learn quickly; \* Basic computer knowledge; \* Responsible, organized, and receptive attitude. **Preferred Qualification:** \* Driver's license category B. **Working Hours:** 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM — 12x36 schedule **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract Type of position: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1.518,00 \- R$2.614,23 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a category B driver's license?
