Collaborative work with technical and operational departments We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Procurement Analyst with experience in service-providing companies operating in the mining and steelmaking sectors. This professional will ensure agility and efficiency in procurement processes, directly contributing to the company's operational performance. **Responsibilities:** * Execute procurement processes with emphasis on speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and issue purchase orders; * Identify opportunities for optimizing processes and supplier contracts; * Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with technical and operational requirements; * Support supplier management and performance analysis; * Partner with technical and operational departments to meet demands accurately and promptly; * Maintain up-to-date registrations and records in the ERP system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement for service companies focused on mining and/or steelmaking; * Proactive, organized profile with strong sense of urgency; * Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Sienge, SAP, TOTVS, or similar); * Strong communication skills and negotiation ability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of service contracts and management of critical suppliers; * Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement methodologies.
