Logistics Manager

Description

Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (Postgraduate qualification is a plus); * Proven experience in logistics management within the pharmaceutical industry or sectors subject to stringent regulatory requirements; * Manage and optimize warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and distribution processes for finished products; * Control and negotiate freight contracts with carriers to reduce logistics costs without compromising service levels; * Monitor and act upon key performance indicators (KPIs), particularly OTIF (On-Time-In-Full), delivery lead time, logistics cost per unit, damage rate, among others; * Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and other relevant regulatory bodies governing the transportation and storage of pharmaceutical products; * Implement traceability solutions and real-time delivery visibility systems; * Develop and engage the logistics team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment; * Actively participate in defining logistics strategies together with senior management and other departments; * Drive continuous improvement and logistics efficiency initiatives, including automation, process reviews, and technology adoption. 2512150202201866389
