Lead and supervise content, social media, and launch teams, promoting organization, clarity of roles, and effective execution. Develop and maintain a multichannel editorial calendar, ensuring consistency and regularity of publications. Coordinate the production and direction of audiovisual content (videos, podcasts, and digital materials), ensuring adherence to brand identity and positioning. Support the creation of social media strategies focused on growth, engagement, and performance, monitoring metrics and proposing improvements. Define and uphold editorial lines and content guidelines, ensuring linguistic coherence, tone, and alignment with brand values. Monitor audience interaction, ensuring responses aligned with strategy and strengthening audience relationships. Analyze content and campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for decision-making and continuous optimization. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, organizing requests, priorities, and workflows. **Requirements:** **Requirements** Experience in content and social media management, with structured operational experience and project management vision. Solid experience managing content and/or social media teams. Strong organizational, planning, and project monitoring skills. Ability to handle multiple requests, deadlines, and priorities. Analytical profile, with ability to interpret metrics and indicators. Excellent written communication and strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications** PMI certification. Experience with digital marketing, content, and social media projects.
