




**Main Activities** * Plan and monitor projects for expanding productive areas, utilities, infrastructure, and industrial buildings. * Develop and control physical and financial schedules, tracking deadlines, milestones, and deviations. * Support the definition of technical scope, descriptive specifications, technical specifications, and technical requisitions. * Manage contracts, suppliers, and third-party companies (civil works, assemblies, and installations). * Monitor field execution of construction and projects, ensuring compliance with designs, technical standards, safety, and quality. * Control costs, measurements, addenda, and scope changes. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related fields; * Experience in industrial projects, expansions, or major renovations; * Ability to read and interpret projects, blueprints, and technical drawings; * Knowledge of project planning and control. **Advantages** * Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or regulated industries; * Knowledge of GMP/cGMP and ANVISA requirements; * Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar); * Experience in industrial commissioning and startup.
