Join a solid, growing company driven by purpose. **Responsibilities and Duties** **You will be responsible for:** ------------------------------ * **Inspecting and ensuring** that production activities are carried out in accordance with specifications, quality standards, productivity targets, and cost requirements, guaranteeing achievement of the company’s planning goals. * **Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations, conducting training, guiding the team, and monitoring activities to guarantee product quality and personnel safety. * **Ensuring sector organization and maintenance**, applying the 5S methodology and promoting operational discipline. * **Conducting shift handovers**, ensuring clear and objective communication regarding operational information, pending items, and priorities. * **Monitoring line setups and releases**, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and GMP. * **Monitoring machine and production line performance**, tracking speed, efficiency, and productivity, performing adjustments or escalating to technical support when required. * **Tracking hourly production indicators**, analyzing performance and promptly implementing corrective actions. * **Immediately reporting deviations, anomalies, or significant incidents**, supporting rapid decision-making. * **Performing integrated control of production materials**, via verification, completion, and updating of the manufacturing and/or packaging Kanban boards, ensuring continuous flow and avoiding shortages or overstocks. * **Requesting raw materials and packaging supplies**, aligned with the production sequence, ensuring operational organization and continuity. * **Acting as the operational team’s focal point**, participating in strategic meetings and contributing operational insights and suggestions for continuous improvement. * **Operating the production line when necessary**, during shift rotations, absences, or operational demands, ensuring continuity without compromising safety, quality, or productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** --------------------------------- * **Completed high school education**. * Basic computer skills. * Knowledge of GMP. * People management experience. * **Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry**. * Hands-on experience operating equipment such as: **Fette tablet press, Romaco, Fabrima, and Pan encapsulator**. **Additional Information** **What we offer you:** ---------------------------- * **On-site meals**, providing convenience and practicality in your daily routine. * **Meal allowance**, supporting your monthly expenses. * **Chartered transportation**, ensuring greater comfort and safety during your commute. * **On-site parking**, for your added convenience. * **Health insurance plan**, caring for what matters most: you. * **Dental insurance plan**, promoting improved quality of life. * **Life insurance**, offering peace of mind for you and your family.
