We aim to be nationally recognized for excellence and reliability in delivering solutions for high-criticality environments, guided by **Safety**, **Integrity**, **Quality**, **Sustainability**, **Continuous Adaptation**, **Cultural Awareness**, and **People Appreciation**. https://www.linkedin.com/company/liderban/ https://liderban.com.br/ https://www.instagram.com/liderban.br/ (@liderban.br) **Planning, Control, and Operations Analyst** The **Assistant** will work at LIDERBAN on activities strongly related to **planning, control, and operational management**, within the context of logistics and field services. * **Schedule equipment deployed in the field** \- **Manage and optimize** fleet and field resource scheduling, ensuring maximum efficiency and achievement of operational objectives. * **Strategy and Efficiency \-** Analyze the number of scheduled and executed service orders (D\-1\). **Conduct critical analyses** of daily (D\-1\) Service Order (SO) performance, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities to increase success rate. * **Analysis and Continuous Improvement \-** Analyze operational productivity. **Monitor and diagnose** key productivity indicators, translating raw data into actionable *insights* for team and resource management. * **Business Intelligence (BI) \-** Control and organize the number of equipment deployed along routes. **Intelligently control** equipment allocation and balancing across routes, ensuring the right resource is in the right place at the exact time. **Strategic Control and Logistics**, among other related activities.
